  Wat is Nicereply?
</h2>

Nicereply is een klanttevredenheidsplatform waarmee u meet hoe klanten zich voelen na interacties. Wanneer het is gekoppeld aan CloudTalk, kan het automatisch enquêtes via SMS versturen na gesprekken of berichten.
