# CloudTalk's Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

## Where to find it

CloudTalk's Data Processing Agreement is published at [cloudtalk.io/dpa](https://www.cloudtalk.io/dpa/). The page always shows the current version, so you can save or share the link for your GDPR records.

## Do I need to sign it?

No. The DPA is part of CloudTalk's Terms and Conditions, so it already applies to your account. There's nothing to sign or send back.

## What if I need changes?

The online DPA itself isn't edited for individual customers. If your company needs different terms, contact your account manager. Any changes agreed with CloudTalk are recorded in your Order Form or Master Service Agreement.
