## Before You Start

Make sure the following requirements are met before setting up the integration:

* You are on a **CloudTalk Essential, Expert, or Custom plan**

* You have an active **[Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales account](https://dynamics.microsoft.com/en-us/sales/overview/)**

* You have **Admin access** in both CloudTalk and Microsoft Dynamics 365

* You have access to your **Microsoft Dynamics 365 organization URL**

* You are able to **authenticate external integrations** in Dynamics

* The **email address** used in CloudTalk must exactly match the email used in Microsoft Dynamics 365. If the emails do not match, synchronization will not work correctly.

   2. Copy the main URL which contains your org name. The format will be something like: [`https://orgXXXXX.crmX.dynamics.com/`](https://orgXXXXX.crmX.dynamics.com/)

      1. *URL length and characters will vary*

5. Back in your CloudTalk browser tab, paste the URL you copied from the last step into the **Microsoft Dynamics 365 URL** field. **Create**.
