How to configure my Salesloft integration

Set up your Salesloft to integrate with CloudTalk in order to access CloudTalk features

Before starting, please make sure:

Adding Salesloft into CloudTalk

  1. Login to your CloudTalk Dashboard.

  2. Go to Account -> Integrations.

  3. In the Add Integration section, find Salesloft. Scroll over the company icon and click + Add.

    1. Optional - Give your integration a unique name (useful for companies with separate Salesloft integrations for different teams)

  4. Under the Workflow Settings header, click New Authentication.

  5. You will be redirected to Salesloft, where you must login to your account. After logging in to Salesloft, this tab will close.

  6. Click Finish to save your authentication.

Additional Tips:

  • To only log calls for specific CloudTalk numbers, add desired numbers to the Connected numbers section of the Salesloft Integration page.

  • To only log SMS messages for specific CloudTalk numbers, add desired numbers to the Connected numbers for SMS section of the Salesloft Integration page.

  • Check the top of the page—make sure your Integration is set to Active.

  • When changing settings, always click Save.


Making Calls Directly From Salesloft

> Before you start, please make sure to:

  • Ask your Salesloft Customer Success Manager to enable 3rd Party Dialer Settings in Salesloft.

Once 3rd-Party Dialer Settings are enabled:

  1. Log into your Salesloft account and navigate to Settings -> Dialer.

  2. Configure your Settings in such a way that they match the below screenshot, afterwards clicking Save.
