This credit is deducted in real-time for:

  • Outbound calls - these are charged by a per-minute call rate based on the destination country,

  • Toll-free number inbound/outbound calls. Please check prices here.

  • SMS

  • Speech to Text. Can be billed either from credit or invoice

The credit can be added to your account in 2 ways:

  1. One time top-up

  2. Automatic adding credit - from Account tab > Billing > scroll down for 'Adding credit'. Check out the following article for more information: How to fund your account?

    Please note that sometimes there may be a delay with credit top ups, depending on the bank used. We suggest setting up a slightly higher balance than expected, just in case.

Important notice: The remaining credit amount is never used for your subscription payment. Please note that we do not refund unused credit balances.
