  Finding Your CloudTalk SIP Login Details
</h2>

To connect any third-party SIP app, you’ll need **SIP account credentials**. These are different from your CloudTalk Dashboard or app login details.

* **For Administrators:**

  1. Go to the **Agents** tab in your Dashboard.

  2. Find the agent’s profile and click the **Edit** icon (blue pencil).

  3. Scroll to the bottom of the profile to see the **Username, Password, and Server**.

* **For Agents:**

  1. Go to **My Profile** in your Dashboard.

  2. Scroll down to find your **SIP login information**.

<Note>
  **Important:** If you don’t see SIP login details in either section, this option isn’t enabled for your account. An administrator can contact our Support team to request activation.
