You can download the app in Google Play.
Launch the app and choose “Always available” and “I’m allowed to use mobile”.
Register your account under “Add account”.
Choose “Basic” from the list of options.
Now enter your CloudTalk SIP login details which can be found at the bottom of your agent settings:
Agents -> Edit agent -> SIP login details at the very bottom. Please add the details in correct boxes as displayed below.
Note: If you can’t see your SIP log in details here, please contact our tech support.
Now you are online and you can start making phone calls.
