- You can download the app in Google Play.
- Launch the app and choose “Always available” and “I’m allowed to use mobile”.
- Register your account under “Add account”.
- Choose “Basic” from the list of options.
- Now enter your CloudTalk SIP login details which can be found at the bottom of your agent settings:
- Agents -> Edit agent -> SIP login details at the very bottom. Please add the details in correct boxes as displayed below.
Note: If you can’t see your SIP log in details here, please contact our tech support.
Now you are online and you can start making phone calls.
