# How do I keep Chrome updated?

> To maintain the optimum CloudTalk experience, it is necessary that your browser is regularly updated to the latest version.

Google Chrome keeps itself **updated automatically** - updates are installed when you **close your browser** and **reopen** it. Make sure that you close your browser from time to time, so all updates are **automatically installed** the next time you reopen it.

## To find out whether your Google Chrome is up to date:

1. Click on the three dots in the top right corner

2. Click on Help

3. Click on About Google Chrome.

**Your browser will immediately inform you about its update status:**
