How to activate CloudTalk and switch from the trial version?
You can switch from your trial version and start fully using CloudTalk in just a few clicks. In this article, we will show you how to do it.

If you have an active trial version, you can activate one of our four packages at any time and start using the paid live version. This will take less than five minutes.

Step 1

On the top of your trial admin interface, you can see a bar displaying how many days there are left until your demo version expires. Right next to it, you can see the "Update My Plan" button that allows you to go live at any time.

Step 2

After pressing the button, you will see a screen where you can select one of our packages. You can choose from our Starter, Essential, Expert or Custom packages. In the same step, you can also select monthly or annual billing or your preferred currency. All essential information related to our packages can be found here: 

Step 3

After choosing the package, you will have to fill in your credit card details. All this data is processed, encrypted and stored in a secured manner by Braintree, a global company operating payment systems. Your payments and call costs will be automatically deducted from this card.

Step 4

In the last step of the activation process, you will be asked to enter your billing details. This data will be used in your invoices. You can add this data later in your admin interface.

Congratulations, your package has been activated and you can start using all benefits of your CloudTalk account! Don’t forget to charge credit in your account to start making phone calls.
