> ## Documentation Index > Fetch the complete documentation index at: https://help.cloudtalk.io/llms.txt > Use this file to discover all available pages before exploring further. # Configure GoHighLevel > Connect CloudTalk with GoHighLevel to sync contacts and log calls and SMS on every contact. > [!NOTE] > > This guide walks you through connecting CloudTalk with GoHighLevel, so you can sync contacts, log calls and SMS, and keep your GoHighLevel sub-account up to date with every conversation. **User level:** Admin *** > [!WARNING] > > For more details on how calls are logged and how data is synced after setup, see [Using CloudTalk with GoHighLevel](https://help.cloudtalk.io/en/articles/17336883-using-cloudtalk-with-gohighlevel.md). ## Prerequisites Before you start, make sure you have: * **Admin access** in CloudTalk. * **Admin access** to the GoHighLevel sub-account you want to connect. > [!TIP] > > **Note:** Each GoHighLevel integration connects one sub-account. If you work with several sub-accounts, set up a separate integration for each one. ## Configure GoHighLevel 1. **Log in** to your CloudTalk Dashboard. 2. Navigate to **Settings > Integrations**. 3. You will be redirected to GoHighLevel to authorize the connection. Once authorized, you will be returned to CloudTalk. The integration should show **Authentication completed**. ### General settings Configure the basic labels for your integration: * **Caption**: The internal name for this integration (e.g. "GoHighLevel"). If you connect several sub-accounts, use the sub-account name so you can tell them apart. * **Contact's tag**: All contacts synced from GoHighLevel will automatically receive this tag (e.g. "gohighlevel"), making them easy to filter later. ![](https://mintcdn.com/cloudtalk/ysxdVprsVb9bxzWE/images/help-center/articles/17277060/59fc09f166c4-screenshot-2026-10-05-at-13-15-23.png?fit=max\&auto=format\&n=ysxdVprsVb9bxzWE\&q=85\&s=506759abace3f8d199c128c137adcd61) ### Workflow settings Under **Workflow settings**, choose which calls and events are logged in GoHighLevel: * **Log outbound answered calls** * **Log outbound unanswered calls** * **Log inbound answered calls** * **Log inbound missed calls** * **Log voicemails** * **Log calls to opportunities**: also files the call note on the contact's most recently added open opportunity. Default is **Do not log**. * **Export call recordings**: adds a link to the recording in the call note and attaches the audio to the call in Conversations. Recordings over 5 MB (roughly calls over 5 minutes) keep the link only. On by default. * **Create new contacts in GoHighLevel for unassociated call numbers** * **Business hours policy** (log all calls, or only calls during business hours) Every logged call also appears in the contact's **Conversations** thread in GoHighLevel. * **Export SMS to GoHighLevel**: logs SMS sent and received through CloudTalk in the contact's Conversations thread. Off by default.
