## What happens when your free trial expires

CloudTalk now allows users with expired trials to sign in and upgrade their plan directly from the Dashboard.

When your free trial period ends:

* You can still log in to your CloudTalk Dashboard.

* A message or banner will appear, informing you that your trial has expired and you need to upgrade your plan to continue using CloudTalk.

* Your dashboard access will be **limited**. You can view settings and plan options, but features such as calling, integrations, and some configuration tools will be disabled until you upgrade.

* You can review available plans and upgrade directly from the Dashboard **without contacting Support**.

* Certain features will remain unavailable until you select a paid plan.

> [!TIP]
