# Configure Shopify

> Configure data exchange between CloudTalk and Shopify to ensure your data stays up to date.

## Prerequisites

Before you begin, make sure you have:

* Admin access to your CloudTalk account

* Login credentials for your Shopify account

* Matching email address in both CloudTalk and Shopify (required for sync to work correctly)

## Configure Shopify

1. Log in to your CloudTalk Dashboard.

2. Go to **Settings > Integrations**.

3. Find **Shopify** in the list and click **+ Add**.

4. Under **Shopify Authentication**, click **New Authentication**.

5. In the **Create a new authentication** dialog:

   * Confirm or edit the **authentication name** (auto-filled with your account name).

   * Enter your **Shop subdomain**. You can find it in your Shopify admin URL: [`https://admin.shopify.com/store/`](https://admin.shopify.com/store/)**`yoursubdomain`**.\
     *Example*: If your admin URL is [`https://admin.shopify.com/store/yourcompanystore`](https://admin.shopify.com/store/yourcompanystore), enter `yourcompanystore`.

6. Click **Create**. A Shopify login window will open. Sign in to authorize the connection.

7. Once you approve, you will see an **Authentication completed** banner on the setup page.

8. In the **Shopify subdomain** field below the authentication section, enter your shop subdomain again.

9. Choose which CloudTalk numbers will be used for:

   * **Connected Numbers (for Calls)**

   * **Connected numbers for SMS**

10. Click **Submit**, then **Finish** to complete the setup.

## Disconnect Shopify Integration

If you no longer want to use the Shopify integration with CloudTalk, follow these steps to remove it:

1. Log in to your CloudTalk Dashboard and go to **Settings > Integrations** from the left-hand menu.

2. Find the **Shopify** integration and click **Configure**.

3. Scroll to the bottom and click **Delete Integration**.

4. When prompted, type `DELETE` to confirm and click **Delete** again.

The integration with Shopify will now be successfully removed from your CloudTalk account.
