> Once connected, learn how calls are handled and how data is synced between CloudTalk and noCRM in [Using CloudTalk with noCRM](https://help.cloudtalk.io/en/articles/11494280-using-cloudtalk-with-nocrm.md).

## Prerequisites

To connect CloudTalk with noCRM, you’ll need:

* **Admin access** in both CloudTalk and noCRM.

* A **noCRM API Key**. [See how to generate your API key.](#:~:text=%2C%20and%20confirm.-,API%20Key%20Retrieval,-If%20you%20don%E2%80%99t)

* Your **company URL** in the format: [`https://yourworkspace.nocrm.io`](https://yourworkspace.nocrm.io)

* The email address you use in CloudTalk must match exactly with the email address in your noCRM account. If the emails do not match, synchronization will not work correctly.

## Configure noCRM

1. From your CloudTalk Dashboard, go to **Settings > Integrations** and find **noCRM**.

## Disconnect or Remove Integration

You have two options if you no longer want to use the integration:

* **Deactivate:** In your CloudTalk Dashboard, go to **Settings > Integrations > noCRM** and toggle the status to inactive. This pauses syncing but keeps your settings.

* **Remove:** To remove the integration completely, go to **Configure > Delete Integration**, type **DELETE**, and confirm.
