# List user status types

> Returns every status type a user in your company can pick: CloudTalk's built-in types first, then your custom types, each group ordered by id. Use `id` to set a status and `actAs` to know how it affects routing. The list is short and comes in one response, without pagination.

Built-in types keep their long-standing ids: Online `7`, Idle `9`, Offline `11`, Busy `17`, Break `18`, Lunch `19`, Meeting `20` and Training `21`. Use the ids from this API: a custom type can have a different id elsewhere in CloudTalk.
