# Talk-listen ratio

> Returns how much each participant spoke during a completed call: talking time in seconds and a talk-to-listen percentage per caller, alongside the list of callers the identifiers refer to.

Conversation Intelligence runs on `api.cloudtalk.io/v1` and returns its payload at the top level — these responses are **not** wrapped in the core API's `responseData` envelope.
