# Overall sentiment

> Returns the sentiment scored across a completed call as a whole — one of `very negative`, `negative`, `neutral`, `positive` or `very positive`.

Conversation Intelligence runs on `api.cloudtalk.io/v1` and returns its payload at the top level — these responses are **not** wrapped in the core API's `responseData` envelope.
